The original gift card, or a valid digital version where applicable, must be presented upon arrival and before payment is made.

The gift card may be used up to the value stated on the certificate. If the total spend exceeds the gift card value, the remaining balance must be paid by the guest.

Gift cards must be redeemed in full in a single transaction. Any unused balance will not be refunded, credited, or carried forward, unless otherwise stated.

Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. They may not be resold or transferred for commercial purposes.

Digital gift cards are accepted, and there is no need to print them. Replacement gift cards may only be issued at the discretion of Madhu's and where proof of purchase is available - contact marketing@madhus.co.uk.

Certain gift cards, experiences, or promotions may only be redeemed at specific Madhu's locations. Please check the individual gift card for applicable venue restrictions.

Madhu's reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or withdraw a gift card where there is reasonable evidence of fraud, misuse, duplication, or unauthorised resale.

Madhu's reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions where reasonably necessary. Any changes will not affect gift cards that have already been purchased, except where required by law or necessary to prevent fraud or misuse.
